Biorunstar does not guarantee the bioactivity or functionality of custom peptides. We only ensure compliance with purity standards and accuracy of mass spectrometry results. Variations may occur between batches (e.g., peptide content, TFA content, and impurities).

If customers suspect a quality issue with the peptides, please provide evidence proving that the peptide purity does not meet standards or that the mass spectrometry results are incorrect within 30 days of receipt. Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.
