T-cell Truncated Library
T-cell truncated library use antigen peptides related to the targeted protein to identify the best T-cell epitopes. These libraries help screen for optimal T-cell epitopes, which are short peptide sequences typically ranging from 8-11 amino acids on MHC I complexes and 15-24 amino acids on MHC II complexes. Peptides are gradually fragmented from both ends (C-terminal and N-terminal )to form libraries, then combined into a pool. After identifying a positive pool, it can be dissected to determine the sequence of the T-cell epitope.
